Sell Into Our Import Channel
We actively seek manufacturers, export houses and UK importers supplying ambient Indian and Pakistani food lines.
We are interested in:
- Manufacturers in India and Pakistan producing confectionery, bakery, rusk, biscuits, crisps or namkeen for export
- Pallet or container quantities available at export pricing on FOB or CIF terms
- Lines available on a regular production schedule for repeat ordering
- UK importers and authorised distributors holding stock we can buy into
- Own-brand and private label production capacity
What we require from suppliers:
- Proof of business registration — Companies House number, or the international equivalent with export registration
- Product specifications, ingredient and allergen declarations, shelf life and storage conditions
- Evidence of a food safety management system based on HACCP principles
- Halal certification from a named certifying body where products are presented as halal
- Pricing schedules, minimum order quantities and pack and case configurations
- Confirmation that packaging can meet UK food information requirements
Open a Trade Account
We supply registered business customers only. We operate no consumer retail service.
We can offer:
- Access to 114 ambient lines across seven categories
- Wholesale pricing on case, pallet and container volumes
- Supply from UK stock for replenishment, or direct import for volume requirements
- Full product and allergen documentation with every order
- Itemised invoicing on all purchases
What we require from buyers:
- Proof of business status — Companies House registration, VAT number or equivalent
- A completed trade account application with invoice and delivery addresses
- Two trade references where credit terms are requested
- Agreement to our standard terms and conditions of sale
From First Contact to First Order

Initial enquiry. Submit your business details and the lines you wish to supply or purchase.

Verification. We verify Companies House registration or equivalent international documentation.

Documentation. For suppliers, we review product and food safety documentation. For buyers, we complete account setup.

Trade terms. We agree pricing, minimum order quantities, delivery and payment terms in writing.

Order placement. Confirmed purchase orders are issued; goods are despatched with itemised invoicing and full batch documentation.

We do not accept cash payment. All payments are made to the company’s business bank account held in the name of VAP General Trade Limited. We will never ask you to pay a different account name, and any such request should be treated as fraudulent.
