Who We Are
VAP General Trade Limited is a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 17406199. Our registered activity at Companies House is the wholesale of sugar and chocolate confectionery and of other food products.
We operate as an importer and wholesale distributor of ambient food products. We buy packaged confectionery, bakery goods and savoury snacks from manufacturers and export houses in India and Pakistan, import them into the United Kingdom under EORI GB049114330000, hold them at our UK premises, and resell them in case and pallet quantities to trade customers.
What We Do

Source. We identify and qualify manufacturers in India and Pakistan, obtaining company registration, factory food safety documentation and full product specifications before placing a first order.

Import. We place purchase orders directly with the manufacturer, arrange shipping, and clear the consignment into the UK under our own EORI number.

Store. Goods are held at our UK premises under ambient conditions and stock-rotated on a first-expired, first-out basis.

Supply. We sell in full cases and pallets to UK and export trade customers, issuing an itemised invoice and arranging delivery or collection.
What We Do Not Do
Stating this plainly matters to our customers, our banking partners and our local authority:
- We do not manufacture, cook, bake or process food.
- We do not repack or relabel. Goods are supplied in the manufacturer’s sealed original packaging.
- We do not supply beverages, alcohol or tobacco.
- We do not supply chilled or frozen goods, or anything requiring temperature-controlled transport.
- We do not sell to consumers. There is no checkout on this website and no retail shop.
